Polite and professional home service. I had a small laptop that I am done with, and wanted to erase sensitive customer information. However, the screen would not turn on. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He suggested that instead of paying anything, I just remove the hard drive and then I can recycle the computer with the town. In fact, he took a few minutes to remove the drive for me, because it needed a special screwdriver I doubt I have at home. I cannot attest to the costs or speed at which he provided the service, but I was impressed that he was honest and took care of this quick fix. Thank you Techman
This people are the biggest fraud. Make sure you don't give them any financial information or access to your computer. They will clean up your bank accounts!!! Be AWARE!!!
