This is a good place to go to get Cross Culture Kombucha in addition to the other healthy offerings. The Kombucha is on tap. Effrosini was the employee that assisted me. She has great customer service skills; she was very helpful. I would recommend this place.

Delicious food, perfect for breakfast and lunch. Popular but well staffed and fantastic service. Regular bowls and smoothies are wonderful and energizing but plenty of extras to create your own.
I am a frequent customer at Sobol and look forward to the same quality each time. Several times recently my cup wasn’t filled. I know when the cup is light since I go once a week. Please fill the cups we are paying for a full cup. Returned Saturday bowls aren’t filled. That’s a shame
Whoever is doing there pricing needs to rethink a career choice. If you remove something it should change the price and if you’d liked to replace something it shouldn’t cost two dollars and be considered an extra topping. Also a smoothie bowl should be exactly that a smoothie not a pre-made chunk of ice. If you want a genuine bowl go to Boost Bowls in Bethel.
Absolutely delicious and the staff is great. Today was my second visit and I. Am. Hooked. The fruit was so fresh and the color of the açaí is so vivid! Having this sitting out in the sunshine felt like lunch, a spa treatment and a therapy session all in one...I will definitely return.
Ordered a bowl this morning via the website and totally forgot to hit the Almond butter button when selecting my topping options. But in the comment area, I stated to please add Drk Choc Almond butter. When I arrived approx 10 mins later, I got a look from the tall gentleman who always looks at me weird as if I dont belong. Suddenly, a young woman approached the counter and stated if she could assist me I stated I ordered and was present to pick up my order, she replied that She would have to charge me for the Topping, confused I had to replay what I did while ordering. I acknowledged my mistake and she was quite adamant to collect the fee for such topping. Turned off by the interaction I stated that I no longer wanted the bowl. My opinion, the approach could have been a bit more cordial. Being a different shade should not hinder the professional customer service one should receive when entering any establishment which serves the community in which I reside in. Very disappointed. Been a customer since opening. My name is Wilson. The owner is very familiar with me as I was one of the few customers to faithfully enter, continue to order from the establishment during the pandemic. Trying to support a struggling business during this recession that we are all facing as of now and for the past 8 months.
The perfect thing to have as quick snack or meal as a healthier alternative. Very quick service and the people who work there are incredible.
The acaí bowl was exceptional! The cashiers were very helpful and kind. I visit Brazil very often and I am very happy that I can eat acaí here also. It has a very inviting atmosphere.
