Doug was great! My son destroyed a laptop (6 years old by accident) it was a good but old machine. Doug found a great replacement at a great price and it works perfectly and he saved me money and made home schooling easier from me and my son. Doug was very helpful and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. I have experience with building computers but could not figure out what was wrong with my laptop. He was very friendly and responsive and even helped me look at how the computer repairs might be paid for under extended warranty. The prices were great and the service was even better. I highly recommend Doug and CT PC Tech to anyone with computer fixing needs in the area.
Go here for computer repair and upgrade needs. Friendly service, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and ready to dispense said knowledge if you have the time. The nerdy jokes/movie references were an added bonus for me. I’ll be coming back with any other computer fixes and/or upgrades. Thanks guys!

Last update - NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NO APOLOGY! IT'S AS IF NOTHING HAPPEN. HE LOST MY HARD DRIVE. PERSONAL DATA AND WORK DATA - GONE. NO COMPENSATION! OVER A MONTH AND COUNTING! UPDATE REVIEW!!! It's been about three weeks and i still have not heard from Doug. No phone call or email. HE LOST MY HARD DRIVE! COMPUTER NOT FIXED, MY PERSONAL AND WORK INFORMATION WAS STORED ON THAT HARD DRIVE. HE LOST IT OR INSTALLED IT ON SOMEONE ELSES COMPUTER!! I wish i could put no stars. My laptop screen died. I was told the problem, ordered the parts and promised a two-day turn around. After two weeks Doug came to a conclusion he couldnt fix my laptop. I was then told my hard drive was lost, but he was looking for it. I picked up my laptop after three weeks with screws in a yogurt container and no hard drive. Promised to call me and update me, never did. Ill change my rating to two stars when i get my hard drive back. Stand by.
