We have been working with CorCystems as a Managed IT Provider for the past two years; and, previously, we have worked with members of their staff on smaller projects. With a staff of about 200, it was important for our healthcare agency to have someone that understands our unique needs and requirements insofar as our data protection and overall IT needs, including equipment, applications and a VOIP phone system. CorCystems fills all of these and more. CorCystems has stepped into the role of our VCIO advising and educating us on what is necessary to keep our IT environment safe and running smoothly. From what would have been a daunting on-boarding process to the daily tech support, CorCystems’ very knowledgeable staff has performed with the utmost professionalism. Our agency was assigned a project manager that kept the whole transition on track. Nicole was and is exceptional in organizing her staff and keeping our staff calm and informed. Their support during the COVID shutdown was invaluable! Without CorCystems, we would not have known all the options available to us to keep our agency up and running to provide an important service to our clients. They continue to be instrumental in ensuring all our equipment is kept up to date. When looking to bring in a Managed IT partner, we interviewed and received proposals from multiple providers, CorCystems stood out as a provider that really was able to understand us. I cannot say enough about this company. As the Practice Manager for Pain Management Associates of CT, we could not function without the support Corcystems provides to us routinely and during times when we have IT issues. The response time is excellent - always a voice of calm on the other end of the phone.
