My wife and I started building our dream home in the spring of 2019. It was a big decision for us to choose a builder, after a long selection process we made our decision with Cascade West after multiple meeting with their staff at Parade of Homes in Camas and in their office. During the entire building process we felt Cascade West provided us with the highest level of professionalism unlike any other typical builders. Ron helped us with initial floor plan design and layout based on the lot dimensions to achieve the best view. Loren (project manager) helped drive the project from beginning to finish, very patient and supportive during every phase of the construction. He is always on top of issues and drives the subs to complete the work to our satisfaction. Once the construction is completed, Tim did all the professional photo shoots of our new home and again it was done at top professional standard. Not to mention all the Cascade West office/administrative staff were also very helpful when we have any questions. Building a custom home is not an easy task, it requires huge commitment and investment. However, if you decided to build your dream home then Cascade West should be your choice. We love our new home and we would build with Cascade West again!

Update: This is an example of one of the items we had requested be fixed as part of the closing sale of the house. Cascade West told us not to worry about this issue and that more things would move due to seasonal temperature which would be covered under the Warranty. The response... \flooring had moved slightly due to seasonal temperature changes and is with in industry standards. This request was deemed not a warranty issue.\ ________________________________________________________________________ Based off from my experience with with Cascade West I would recommend that you hire your own inspectors to review their work prior to closing. Get everything in writing, \DO NOT DO THINGS OVER THE PHONE WITH THEM.\ We have raised multiple issues to Cascade West as part of our closing agreement and under our warranty but the issues have not been addressed. I am including pictures so you can judge for yourself. If you do choose to use them these are the areas I would pay extra attention too. - Walls that are bowed and crooked - Sagging Ceilings and cracks in walls - Painting areas that don't match color - Gaps in stonework - Rafters that should have never been approved - Gutters that where clogged from construction debris which where never cleaned. - HVAC Systems which had construction debris particles that my family has been breathing where never cleaned - Damage to garage floors due to storage of building materials in the garage, Built during winter so contractors used the garage as there personal equipment storage - Roofing Issues - Damage to gutters from ladders from roofing repairs
I would like to write a paragraph regarding our experience with Cascade West and the home we built in The Meadows. Our experience with Jason, Drew, Ala and Brent were just outstanding and professional. We know that anytime you build a home you will have some issues with it, whats important is how these issues are dealt with..Their team has just gone above and beyond taking care of all and any issues that has arised. I would highly recommend Cascade West to anyone in the market of purchasing or building a new home..
This builder has to be the biggest environmental polluter in America. Stay away from them
Amazing builders, highly recommended to check out their craftsmanship and expertise. Cascade West cares about the details and the custom build. Family matters!!
