Hello. Their customer service providers are all in India, their English sucks horribly. I received the sim card pretty quickly but the set up didn't go well so I've been without data or texting. I called the customer service and they couldn't do a lot. They made a ticket and told me to just wait. I waited and waited. They couldnt get any status updates. I'm cancelling my plan. These guys suck, don't sign up for it.
