Got my battery replaced in my iPhone recently. Owner did a fantastic job with everything. He showed me my primary problem with charging my phone was that I had crud built up in the charging port. He ordered my battery promptly, came the next day. He installed it quickly and my whole phone fiasco was over within 48hrs. Cudos to Catlin’s Computer Solutions. I’m sold on their quality of work and customer relations.
I originally went in to get my daughter's tablet fixed. Christian was very quick to point out that the repairs would have cost more than to just replace the same model tablet, which meant he immediately talked himself out of a profit in favor of an honest dealing. While I was there I also noticed they did custom computer orders, and since I was in the market to replace my aging laptop, I decided to float some ideas by Christian. I have built the majority of my computers on my own over the years, and so am fairly knowledgeable on my own. But my schedule and home are hectic, and I was willing to pay the extra for someone else to do it, plus have their guarantee (thus alleviating potential anxiety). He was extremely knowledgeable, and indeed tried to make sure I wasn't buying more computer than I needed (I was stubborn and wanted an RTX2080). While discussing the build, I witnessed other customers come in and saw first hand that the customer service was indeed great for everyone including conditional deals that I won't get into because I am not sure if they are standard, but were going over and above what I would consider great customer service. Although a touch cliche, with Christian, Justin and the rest, I really feel more like a friend than a client All said and done, the computer was ready on time with exactly what I wanted. There was a little problem with the memory and performance when I got it home, but when I called it in, Christian asked me to bring it in immediately and cleared the \to do list\ to get mine running to spec (took no time at all). It's been about a month now, and I couldn't be happier. I will be going to him and and his crew for all future needs and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for repairs or new electronics. This place is the worst. They had my phone for 2 weeks and I paid up front. The owner Christian is so rude and I honestly didn’t know if it was because of race or not because I’ve never been treated like a pest when they’re the ones who had my phone and money! He would arrange call back and pick up times to not show up or have the phone going straight to voicemail. I went to the store several times when the phone was supposed to be ready but it was no part or still in line... the website says it takes as little as 30min but I basically had to force them to give me my phone back telling them someone else would fix it and when they did my screen was repaired but they broke my camera and my speaker... I wish they weren’t the only place in town. Not only do they charge u too much they’re unprofessional. If you can avoid them DO SO AT ALL COSTS!!!
Took my laptop here for the screen to be replaced, would never receive a call as to update me on it's progress, I would have to dive there once a week just to be told they were still waiting on the part, or that the one working on it was out, and finally after more than 6months they manage to have it repaired, just to find out that it fell and broke during the recent July quakes, I am still waiting on any news as to when I will have my property returned repaired and intact as I have already paid upfront for the work to be done. I have had other items repaired here in a reasonable amount of time and cost, and always was informed of the progress, since they moved location's it changed. I have since received my earthquake effected laptop and am waiting like everyone else to have my laptop replaced by them. I have nothing against them I am just extremely frustrated that I have to remain doing school work on a tiny cellphone screen. Thank you for the hard work you put into fixing my laptop and I'm sorry that your hard work was distroyed. And thank you for the effort you are doing to replace my laptop
