I bought a cooking plate of the same model I had and it is defective, as reported by the monteur. It is one month that I am trying to get the piece replaced and instead the customer service is trying to sell me another more expensive cooking plate

Warning for this company. They sold me a new oven that was faulty and told me that I need to call AEG when I told them that it was broken. But according to Dutch consumer law it is the responsibility of the seller, hence Budgetplan should have ensured that they deliver a fully functional product. If not they should fix it. On top of that the seller was aggressive over the phone and interrupted me when I was trying to to reinforce that they delivered a not fully functional oven and pushed me to contact AEG. Now I I am stuck with bad advice from both Budgetplan and AEG which has cost me EUR 119 for electrician that just confirmed that there was a problem with the oven. Having Consumentenbond and their lawyers involved.

Very bad costumer service. When asking about a product, thats price 799euro on their site, the man on the phone tried to sell it doe 840. When i told him about the difference, he tried to decieve me with false information about the product. I felt almost scammed. When i told him this was not very costumer minded he was annoyed by it. I lost trust in this company after that call.
