A truly beautiful...and special...church. For it is octagonaly shaped ! It is also truly important in Norway's history of independence, for one of the absolutely ! first meetings regarding the new Norwegian independence were held within these walls ! Also: the adornments on the walls (& especially the ceiling) are just..magnifcent. (Btw.: note the marble-ing effect on the wooden pillars).
