I stayed here as a international student this year, the school was great, everything was perfect. Just a shame that we couldn’t play football at the football field.

My experience at this school as a boarder was appalling- the years spent here completely changed me as a person in the worst way possible. An environment full of young girls on the brink of adolescence is extremely fragile, when they are all cooped up like chickens in sub par accommodation, the situations that unfold within the boarding house can be catastrophic. There is not enough support and too much scrutiny from the staff. The amount of times i have felt uncomfortable from the toxic friendship environments and blatant disrespect from housemistresses accumulated into a mental collapse. This school is too stuck in the past and will sacrifice their own girls for a better image. It has robbed me of my sanity. I look forward to the last year’s of my school life moving on at a new school close to HOME (what the boarding houses claim to be).

A very unpleasant school - the girls were described to me as 'brutal' and that was certainly our experience. It attracts a certain kind - those who value style over substance - and apart from the lovely setting has little to recommend it over say, a good comprehensive or grammar school. The teaching is average, the pastoral care minimal, and the boarding - well don't get me started.

An incredible school- our daughter is thriving here, and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else after experiencing the academic excellence, pastoral care and happy/well balanced upbringing RMS offers their girls. Strong leadership, excellent and dedicated teachers, outstanding facilities and opportunities beyond our expectations. It’s a healthy balance here of pushing the girls to excel whilst looking after their wellbeing- our daughter goes to school with a smile on her face. It’s a worthwhile investment and we have every intention of keeping our daughter here for years to come.

I was an international student and boarding there. The main school is good, the boarding is absolutely disaster, I have no freedom, the HEAD of boarding never gives support. Every time when I have problem she tells me:'' face the truth that just life. And the fact she is never at boarding house or doing any work. She is so lazy and her habit is making you feel uncomfortable.
