100% recommend doing the one day Indian cooking course, not only were the ingredients and final results outstanding but we also learnt a lot about the chemical properties of different foods from a very knowledgeable tutor. We took the opportunity to purchase Kumud’s cook book alongside some good quality spices and cooking implements at the end of the course.

Really great day learning about thai food. Was great to get a deeper knowledge of the chemical properties of the ingredients too. Wasn't expecting that so it was a nice surprise. Great informal and relaxed learning environment too. Fish cakes and red curry turned out brilliantly. Excited to make this at home now. I will be back for the Chain Mai class! See you soon!

The half day Indian cooking class has really helped develop my knowledge of the techniques required to cook beautiful dishes. There was a great balance of theory and demonstration from Kumud, the tutor, who then guided us through the cooking of our own dishes. I have already recreated the meals at home and highly recommend the experience.

Enjoyed a 1day Thai course which exceeded my expectations. Kumud was an excellent tutor whose knowledge of ingredients and their benefit was an education in itself. Altogether an enjoyable day leaving me confident in producing authentic Thai cuisine.
