Rob dealt with myself and was professional, friendly and super helpful. He didn’t try to oversell the vehicle, and wasn’t at all pushy like some car dealerships. I can’t give any less than 5 stars. The customer experience I received was of an exceptional professional standard. The Sales Manager (Rob) managed all of my expectations from start to finish. The team there have a wealth of knowledge, and useful insider tips and hints.
I bought a car from here last Friday, Customer service from the lads was brilliant - welcoming and friendly upon arrival and throughout the whole time there. Super easy and quick process to buy the car, 100% would recommend this company. Would definitely buy here again and urge others to take a look as well.
I bought a BMW 3 series from Jayden Fox last September from Rob who was one of the salesmen there. I was working in Watford for the week so did the deal and had it ready for me to take home on the Friday, taxed, serviced and insured etc. I met the owner of the company Jermaine on the day of picking up my new car and he and Rob were both fantastic. Unfortunately the turbo went on the car a few weeks ago. In a panic I called Rob and explained what had happened and he said he would contact Jermaine and get him to call me. Said it may be Monday as it was a Saturday. Within the hour Jermaine called and arranged his truck to come up north as I live in Cheshire and get it to take to his garage in Watford. It took around a week and a half but Jermaine had a new turbo fitted, the whole engine stripped and cleaned and put back together. The car works as good as new. This company is fantastic, there was no fuss, communication was superb and no hesitation in trying to get my car fixed and back on the road as its used mainly by my partner for the kids. I'm an ex car salesman myself and I have to say this garage has been fantastic to us. I would definitely without a doubt buy a car from this garage/company again and will definitely have a look at what they have when I come to change. Great job guys and if I could give 10 stars I would.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable service. The salesman went through all my options and I felt that I got a fantastic deal and the best option for me to suit my requirements. I even received a call from 1 of the staff a couple days after my purchase to make sure everything was okay and to make sure I was happy with the car. Great team, great service and would recommend to anyone.
