I have recently joined the surgery with my family . I found the process of joining to be easy ( online ) . I have also found the GP staff to be extremely courteous and friendly.

Very professional team and everyone is helpful and sympathetic. The admin staff are always willing to help. The doctors are very approachable and knowledgeable. We have been with this practice for 20 years.

Extremely long queues every time I come to see my GP. The last time I was kept waiting 35 minutes (even though I came in 10 minutes in advance), given that this appointment was booked for my baby son who had a fever! Doctors always seem to be in a rush, the service really could have been better.

This surgery is truly awful. So painful trying to get appointments and prescriptions which are more often than not wrong. The staff are incompetent and unhelpful.
