I agree, while the staff may not be talking about the client when chatting in their, 'native language' amongst each other but it does come across very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. Save yourself from the humility and stress.
love this place!! the staff are very welcoming and polite, super clean and the quality of nails is up to par. you can never go wrong with this place and you will always leave with flawless looking nails.
I miss going to this place. No other nail salons I’ve been to does such a clean job the way they do and Kim the owner is super nice and very good at shaping (so is the other lady that does acrylic and gel) My nails were always on point. This is the first place I’m going to when I’m done with school :)!
Great experience and excellent work done on my nails. I came in as a walk in and based on the time of day I’m assuming I got in right away. I only wanted a gel colour change and the experience was definitely a 5 star. The salon is quiet, clean and welcoming. The girl took her time and was efficient. I will definitely be coming back for future mani pedis.
I went to get my nails done with my mother in mid November of 2018, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Luckily, it was not for a huge event so we did not complain, but after being a loyal customer for a few years, there is no way we are going back. The ladies cleaning treatment for the nails was well done, but they were consistently laughing and talking to themselves in their language while they looked at us. While I can understand that they might not have been saying anything bad, it is definitely frustrating and upsetting to be in a situation of not understanding. The customer service is severely lacking. Not only that, but the nail polish work itself was awful. They did it quickly, and did not pay attention to any detail and they did not go to the very edges of the nails, leaving gaping sides. The overall experience was stressful, embarrassing, and simply not worth it. If the nails had been half good, I probably would not have minded their talking as much, clearly they weren't as focused as they should have been. The nails and customer service there are not appealing at all, so I would recommend not doing regular nails there, however, I have seen that they are better at gel and acrylics. Hopefully, their service has changed these past few months, but they have undoubtedly lost two customers.
