I always like going to Winners. 'Especially to see the latest arrivals. The quality is always fabulous. I wear a sweater quite often that I bought there about 9 years ago and I always get compliments on it.

Just bought a couple pairs of track pants went back because I forgot my headphones in the fitting room. Phew! Thank you staff at Winners at Lansdowne Mall in Richmond,B.C. for holding on them for me! God Bless!
It's so disappointing seeing the electronic section always empty. It's never restocked as well as the men's show section. Changing my 3 stars to 2 stars Whenever I go to winners I see that once people pass the entrance (where they ask you to put masks on) people take off their masks or take it off of their nose. And the staff walk by without telling them anything. Also the aisles are filled up with racks of clothes making it impossible to social distance. I was gonna check out lots of items but I saw that the line was all the way to the men's section. Its good that they implied lots of safety measures, but it would be way better if they actually followed those same measure But one thing I love about winners is how kind and considerate the staff are. I was told last month they're going to get a shipment by July but when I went to the store there was absolutely nothing in the store it makes me wonder if they're going to close down. Giving wrong information to customers doesn't help with anything. When I went inside the store was mostly empty. I hope they restock soon. I'm changing the 4 stars to 3 stars I'm not sure what's going on for the past couple of weeks the store has been almost empty. not sure if they're closing down or what every time I ask them when they are getting shipment they keep saying "we'll get it the following day" but the following day there's still nothing new nothing. Not to forget about the escalator, it keeps breaking down.\u200d️\u200d️\u200d️\u200d️\u200d️ Good value for the money sometimes, Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Accommodating team members with great customer service skills and good product knowledge training make this branch unique from other boutiques of similar format. Keep up the great work!
