I had heard good things but it didn't live up to expectations, had the chicken tenders and fries with gravy. The most of the tenders I had were dry with the exception of a few and the fries were pretty salty, the gravy was good though. To top it off you don't get any dipping sauces with your order of tenders which is bizarre. Had to pay extra for a couple of dips.

The quality of the chicken's meat is good unlike some store bought chicken where you can taste the processing farm out of it. The chicken didn't have breading which is nice because it wouldn't accumulate unnecessary grease or oil. The meat were juicy and there weren't any red (blood) in-between the muscles. The location is great because it's close by the pier (nice view and ambience) but parking space is limited. The food, however, is not as game changing. It is like a homemade fried chicken, I can't tell the difference between my mom's fried chicken and Win Win Chick-N's fried chicken. The salt and spices were well balanced but there weren't anything distinguishable about the fried chicken. There just isn't any appeal. The French fries were also ordinary. I only ordered 4 pieces of fried chicken and french fries, but I have to yet see if the rest of the menu is worth coming back.
Admittedly, I bought the 10-piece combo via a Groupon deal, so I cannot complain about the price. The chicken pieces do look smaller compared to conventional fried chicken chains. On the plus side, I received 11 instead of 10 pieces. I think they emphasize less on the crispiness of the batter, but rather the spices and flavour. The Filipino style macaroni (with tomato sauce and sausages) was interestingly sweet.
Amazing seasoning and the meat is extremely moist. Probably one of the better fried chicken outlet in Richmond. The reason that we enjoyed their food so much of because of their distinct flavor. The seasoning is not the traditional breaded chicken but Win Win adds extra spicy to enhance the tastes. We also got the chicken tenders which was perfect for the kids.
Best fried chicken in the lower mainland? I'm sorry...but far from it. The chicken pieces were super small and we ordered 10 pieces, got 11 pieces but in comparison of sizes to other fried chicken spots, you're actually getting ripped off. The chicken wasn't flavourful. The fries was plain and for large sized, it was pretty small and had zero flavour. The gravy lacked any flavour too. It was our first time trying it and sadly will be our last. There are far better fried chicken places in the lower mainland. It definitely wasn't worth the drive all the way from Surrey. Win win? More like the lose, lose ;)
