It's good location within the mall. The service and food quality vary from time to time, but usually decent. Yet last time I ordered a dish with salmon, and also this time, fettuccine with grilled chicken - both times, they forgot to include the actual piece of salmon/chicken with the dish! I guess just my lucky day. I had to wait 5 - 8 minutes for the chicken... by then, I finished half of my pasta. Oh, and I am sad to see the Tuscan chicken pasta no longer on the menu.

As visitors to Vancouver, we were recommended to eat here by a local. It was a great experience. Friendly service, comfortable booths, clean washrooms and a good sized menu with diverse items. The blueberry milkshake was phenomenal. The chicken, cheese casserole dish was so comforting and delicious. The wings were so good! Too bad they only had 2 options. Overall a great experience. We need a White Spot in Toronto!!!!

Service can be a bit slow because they’re always busy. But it’s a great place for comfort food and great beer. Usually have happy hour in the afternoon. The legendary burger is the best.

I came here with my little niece and my best friend for some brekky and we were not impressed. This was our first time eating at White Spot. We had ordered 1x bennies and 1x burger with fries. We received 2 orders of the bennies. Confused but not really wanting to make a fuss. I just went along with it. We asked for the eggs to be soft and I received the eggs hard. (Hard-eggs just makes me nauseous.) The avocados were also poorly cut. Burger was not impressive. They did get the other plate of bennies right. The yolk was nice, soft and runny. Me and my friend shared that plate. Although, my niece loved the fries! (She loves fries). The service wasn't great either. it took them so long for them to get the high chair. So long for us to get our orders in and came with no napkins. Took us forever to get out of there. For sure not coming back :/

Food brought so fast and served hot. Prices are right and reasonable. Menu options are still limited and I expect some more than ordinary items. But believe me chicken bolognese was absolutely delicious. White Spot needs to add some variety. Restaurant was clean and all Covid protocols were followed. Very convenient location and easy to access. Been there many times and still attractive to go.

If you are looking for a family styled Canadian restaurant like "Swiss Chalet" or " Pickle Barrel" you'll love this place because its very similar in types of food they offer with menu prices. Its clean, staff is nice, lots of seating and big portions of food..but there isn't any selection of "organic", "grass fed", or" free run" in the menu choices..so that was a bit disappointing

Very good food and service. I had the steak and liked the taste very much. And their customer service was very good too. My sister was not happy with the level of doneness of her steak and they brought another one free of charge. And the waitress who served us, Nicole, was very friendly and considerate.

I don't know what exactly the reason is, but the White Spot at Richmond Centre has become the absolute WORST. Food is always mediocre at best, inedible at worst. The manager is beyond rude. Service is slow. Will never be back here again. It used to be a solid spot to go grab lunch or even have dinner, but now I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to Ackroyd or just skip White Spot altogether. The previous franchise owner for this location was amazing, so maybe this is all because of the new owner, but hands down the worst... I don't recommend coming to this location ever.
