This coffee joint is unique in its own culture, and I am always fascinated by Italian coffee. That's why I give it 5 stars, because don't expect it as the Canadian/American style coffee shop you know. This is an authentic European coffee shop, take it or leave it, love it or hate it kind of shop. Arturo is funny when you get his sense of humour!! But I love him! Of course, he really (like really really) knows his coffee!! The beans are freshly roasted every day, tailor to your taste, and chat with him like you are in Sicily, Italy. The shop has some Caribbean touches, so you might think like you are buying an Italian coffee in a Caribbean island. Plus, support our local roaster is another bonus to come here often! Its 34 years of history in Richmond comes with reasons. I fell in love with its vibe, coffee and its fun chat right at my first time! I am going to be the regular here!

My car is on a maintenance service around this area. And heard this coffee shop is the best (knowing EVERYWHERE is closed) Friendly service with awesome tasty Latte. Very impressed! Highly recommended!
By far the best coffee I have had in Vancouver, in British Columbia, in Canada. The expresso shots are flavourful and linger pleasantly on your tongue and taste buds. The roasted coffee beans are expensive and worth every ounce. Pick up the roasted peanuts with garlic, wonderful as a side snack. Hot chocolate great, latte wonderful, cappuccino delightful! Bring cash or e-transfer.
This place has the best coffee I have ever tasted. It’s always fresh and nice dealing with the owner. I often come from Burnaby just because there are no other coffee beans of this caliber in the lower mainland.
Very horrible attitude. I want to ask about the details of his coffee beans. The owner just can't answer directly, tried to hard selling to me. Very outdated marketing strategies and bad customer service. Saying some jokes can't help you improve your profit. Let me teach you something Customers can be lack of knowledge about what you're selling, it is your responsibility to educate your potential customers. In your case, you didn't ask me what kinds of favors I like, what regions of coffee I want, the roast method, the date you roasted and the expired date. Those information are very important if you're selling coffee beans. Maybe people here are too causal, not serious about what they're drinking, but the shop owner shouldn't be like this. A little advice here: take some courses in SCA, Learn about Coffee Flavour Wheel , OK?
