We discovered Vanoon while shopping for bathroom vanities and were pleasantly surprised by the superior quality of product they had compared to what can be found at big box stores. Even our contractor was impressed. The price is competitive, customer service is good and we were able to mix and match the cabinet style and colour with the counter top style and colour. The one downside is their under developed delivery service. We have already recommended Vanoon to several friends.

Good deals, and very kind owners. Very happy with the toilet I bought there, at a very good price. Happily made my arrangements work - saw the deal online, so called to have them set it aside and my buddy picked it up (not their normal policy). However, the person helping me on the phone could barely speak English, so communication was frustrating. Later received a customer care call.
Well priced for an imported vanity and sink. The staff was very friendly, good with children and accomodating. Five stars would have been given, just the store could use some renovating.
A small place tucked away in Richmond but with an excellent assortment of bathroom vanities, sinks, showers, tubs etc. High quality materials for affordable prices. John the manager, was very helpful and courteous. We also had the installer come by and his care and craftsmanship was very well done! -Larry
Helpful, friendly service. I went to look at a shower door that was a VERY good price. I was expecting a thin door, but no: thick glass and nice hardware. Good parking and easy to access from anywhere in the Lower Mainland.
Bought a vanity there a year ago, looked good at that time. But now it is getting crack from every corner of the doors. Some cracks even come from the center of door. Too bad, not lasting long.
avoid this place. purchased a vanity and was hoping to get it trimmed as it didn't fit. lady offered the service, gave me a contact number and the guy took my stuff and disappeared. i'm missing a door to my vanity and the company is completely unresponsive. reported to BBB because they didn't even give me an invoice or a receipt as proof of purchase. This place only wants your money customer service is horrible
i called them Sunday to see if they had a specific mirror. Drove from Burnaby to Richmond and the lady said they didn't have it what a waste of time save yourself the trouble. don't go
