3.5. Great selection of lights! The prices are marked up higher than other lighting stores but if it’s “the one” then maybe just go for it. Unfortunately, for us, found the same light at Rona for almost half the price, that’s a bummer but yes we realize small store vs large corporation. I like the friendly service - quick and informational. There is lots of parking. Ps. They do not negotiate here as other stores across the street or down the road will.

If I were to believe previous reviews about this store, I'd believe the positive reviews. I am a long time repeat customer and I've had nothing but great experiences at this store. Great selection, fair pricing, reasonable return policy. People should understand that if a store had to special order something in for you and you return it, of course there will be a restocking fee as the store will be stuck with an odd item they don't stock and display. It's just common sense. The staff also explain this before confirming a special order. The Staff? They are the friendliest in the business! This store operates on a no pressure policy. Staff greets you, leaves you alone so you can freely browse without pressure but when you need them, they are there. This store is always busy so by the time you need help and everybody is with a customer, then you'll have to wait your turn of course. For me, Vancouver Lighting is a great place to shop for lighting and the staff is amazing.

Great selection of lights, and very good prices they have a lot of sales and a lot of different lights for you to look at. I came here today with my mother to look at a certain chandelier by James Moder And it did not disappoint the workers here are very nice and they are so helpful and will help you with anything and answer any questions that you have we are buying a chandelier from this place thank you so much!
