can you believe they charge 1.00 for 1 page of print, I was returning a package to amazon and need to print out a page to return. They are trying to ripe off. Not even worth a star.

I gave this location 1 star because I have had a good experience here shipping an item last month, also it was not possible to give 0 stars. However, today I went again at 5:20 PM PST to ship a 5.3lb box to US, and the customer service clerk was completely rude and unhelpful. He asked me for the total value of my items (which was 30 worth of clothes for my newborn nephew, along with some Christmas cards), and gave me the stank eye, asking once again, if that was the value of ALL the items in the box - as if he thought I was lying to him. Next, he proceeded to call someone on his cell phone and seemed to be discussing my shipment. I heard him say the total value of my items was 100, when I CLEARLY told him 30. After he spent around 10 minutes on the phone, he told me the total cost to ship would be 160. THE ITEMS IN THE BOX AIN'T EVEN 160, PERIODT. Not only that, he told me, and I quote: It doesn't make sense that the total value is 30. ????? To be honest, I didn't say anything in the moment because I was in shock. I was literally thinking, does he want me to open up my package to show him?? I didn't know UPS had LITERAL CUSTOMS POLICE working there.... Finally, he told me to go to the Canada Post at Canadian Tire, after quoting 160 and telling me he thought there was no way my package's total value was 30. I did end up going to Canada Post. Also, I searched up a quote for my package on the UPS site (with the correct dimensions and weight), and it was only 35 to ship. 160 indeed sir. I've attached a screenshot of the quote on the website as well. I have never heard of a company telling its customers to go to another company, but anyway that was the only good piece of advice he gave me during that entire exchange.
I've called this morning and the lady said their UPS store closes at 1830. I just arrived at 1650 and the guy behind the desk said they're already closed. When I told him that I called ahead this morning, he changed his claim and told me that UPS store is full (which clearly is not). Very poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone from going there.
Employer was extremely rude and kept making up things about my own package. Would give 0 stars if possible.

No other choice but... haven't really had this kind of experience at any other store that provides such a simple service. I know that it's not the most exciting gig but the folks that work/own the UPS and Insurance broker place seem to think that customer service is not necessary. And I'm not saying that they don't smile enough, they genuinely don't really care about you. Example - on line it shows they close at 4pm today. We walk in at 340. They tell us we are closed...yet the door is open lights one. No "closed" sign up. After a few minutes of explaining the discrepancy to the old lady that works there she agreed to release our parcel. Recommend you call ahead before showing up...you never know... The good reviews can't be real either. Buyer beware
They don’t care about the customers. I would rather drive 15 minutes to a different location than use this location. I also agree with other reviews...these guys are incompetents.
Horrible store ran by incompetent people. Do not go here. They will not issue a receipt.
