The staff is helpful. They got offers for phones most of the time and their deals are pretty good. They will take time and share with you all the possible options to save before deciding on a plan.

The Source is a fun place for electronic do dads and peripherals. Their mainstream products (Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops) are either on par or slightly more expensive than big box stores. Where they excel is in peripherals and attachments (cabling, ear buds, dongles, adaptors, gaming keyboards etc..). They do have some oddities (drones, video games, small appliances) but they are basically a chain electric store. Staff are geeky enough to know the answers to most things about their products. Parking is accessible from the mall and easy access to the Canada line.

Hi, I got a phone plan with tablet for me and my family members from The Source in Richmond Centre. I dealt with Sid (a thorough gentleman) who helped us with the right phone plan which suited our budget and explained the contract in detail. Its been almost a month and I have not faced any issues and I am really happy with the services offered and will refer Sid to all my friends and family :) :) :)

The Source at Richmond Centre..Was greeted with a welcoming and friendly manner by Four Gentleman who kindly were professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Llevt was the gentleman who assisted me and explained all the fine details to my not-so-tech self. I profoundly RECOMMEND them to anyone wishing sound and helpful advice to go to THE SOURCE!
