I am not impressed.
Needed a phone, met with Andy, was friendly. Mentioned possible discounts/fees to be waived since I was still on contract and going to renew, said to call Telus in after setting up and they can waive the fee. Called Telus, said the discounts/waive of fees must be done before setting up the contract and the vendor should know this. Went back to the store, Andy said he didn't about that. On top of that, there was a in-store 40 support fee when I renewed my contract. In total I had to pay additional 130 in fees vs if I went to a Telus Owned Store only. Very unhappy. Don't go to these types of third party vendor stores and only to Telus Stores. Least they can offer incentives/loyalty discounts through their in-house programs vs these third party vendor stores can't do anything
Keith Pedro from APEX was amazing! I had a very complicated and unique issue with Telus and Keith diligently helped me solve this by working with Telus to ensure I get the best outcome. Thanks to Keith, I now have the phone and plan I wanted and I am very happy with how this was resolved. Great customer service at its finest. Highly recommend working with Keith if you have a Corporate account plan through your company. Thanks again, Keith!!
