Telstra, as a company, is disgusting! But All the team i've dealt with, at the telstra store, have been fantastic. They know that your frustrated with telstra, but are happy to listen and go above & beyond to help you as much as they possibly can.

Having changed providers on October 15 2020, Telstra bills continued to arrive. Phoning Telstra was impossible - always "too busy". So I had to go to the shop to get them to stop. I also asked for my mobile number to be removed from the records. This they pretended to do. the fake bills stopped...for a while.... Late last week I received another bill from Telstra. It didnt even say what the bill was for!!! Of course , fake bills and bills for no reason i guess are 'part of the service' no reason to make any kind of apology for twice wasting my time. So much for all this 'your time is important to us.' BS Since i am now with TPG ( since October 15 20 20) - i couldnt get through to Telstra by phone. So i phoned the Richmond Marketplace Telstra shop - no-one picked up. Message said they were 'busy'. I called Richmond Marketplace to check the place was open. ( there are floods in the area right now - a good reason to avoid travelling.) On arrival - shortly after my call - the shop was completely empty except for one employee who noticed me after a few minutes waiting. He would not let me finish one sentence, but talked over me every time i attempted to explain this ridiculous situation. But this fellow MUST speak when i am speaking! I might not be permitted to finish one sentence! - so i raised my voice a little so he had a chance of hearing me . He called Security, rather than listen. ! Fortunately the Security man was more able to understand what I was saying, - seemed to understand far better than the Telstra employee. He had more respect for me - could understand better than your employee .
I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A51 phone today and required assistance to transfer data over from the old phone. I asked Meg for some help at Richmond Telstra and she was absolutely wonderful. Meg answered all of my questions and was very patience. Meg is a credit to the Telstra Team. Keep up the great work!! For another matter, in the afternoon i called in and spoke with Mitchell and was provided wonderful customer service once more. The issue was quickly resolved and i must congratulate both Telstra Team Members in recognition of their tremendous customer service. Very much appreciated!!
Just had a phone call from Jackson at Telstra Richmond who was hugely helpful in informing me the correct device and options to use for my needs as a person living in the country without access to NBN or any internet except Satellite internet and mobile phones. He could've sold me a device that likely wouldn't have worked. Instead he gave me correct information and spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me to make sure I understand what to do and how to get to a solution. Great service from Telstra Richmond once again.
For quality service that leaves you satisfied in every way, go in and ask for Richard or Jackson. Stopped by the Richmond Telstra after seeing the good looking bloke on the store poster and I must say the service from both of them - sometimes at the same time - was nothing short of mind blowing. Richard was happy to take his time and very attentive to every one of my needs; Jackson was very flexible and truely on top of everything. Those boys gave me everything I needed, exactly how I wanted it. I think it goes without saying that they both deserve raises for their service.

Very happy with customer service at Telstra Richmond, especially Beatrice who discussed with me options for myself and my elderly mother. She answered all my questions regarding home phone and NBN switch off in a very pleasant and patient way and gave very good, honest advice. A credit to your team.
