I just love them I had a ring from Swarovski, their beautiful black swan on gold ring, which the ceramic and the head of my swan was gone and I didn't even know what happened, so I went to this store with my recipe and box and explained how much I loved my ring, they were very nice, checked their stock and find something very similar even more beautiful than I had and changed it for me, just like that. These guys literally made my day and did such a great job

Horrible Sales. Will never visit this store. Came to Richmond Center with my family tonight. My two year old little one is walking around and came to this store. No customer was in the store and two sales lady standing at the front desk. My husband tried to catch my little one and bring her out, but she didn’t wanna come out. One older sales lady with glasses asked us to get out of the store and said to us that we affected our business (in Chinese). We were with the little one so I didn’t want to argue with her, but I will NEVER come to this tore and shop.

Visited the store on January 27th, at 8:30 pm,I am customer of swarovski for 7 years, and I got the worst customer service in this location from short black hair supervisor, never recommend this location
