Called this place to inquire about doing measurements and specifically asked for the price of only getting measurements. On the phone, the lady said "there is no charge as this is something so simple and quick, we are honest and won't charge needlessly". I asked to clarify again in case she misunderstood my question, but she ensured me there is no charge and to simply just drop by. When I was there and finished measurements, she suddenly said it is 1.50 PER EACH measurement. I reminded her of our 5 minutes phone call earlier the day and she tells "I answered the call and I won't remember wrong". This rating is due to her inconsistencies and the fact that she declined to listen to me when I brought up our previous conversation. I really don't mind paying for measurements (in fact, that's why I called to check), but it's the fact that I took the time to call, got her to double confirm there is no charge, and then got slapped with one after everything was done. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to go back as I am genuinely worried my future quotes will not reflect what the bill truly would be. The owner(?) speaks Cantonese and we conversed in her language. There was no communication barrier.

She is a very friendly, and cordial lady with a finesse to her work that is second to none. A seamstress that can sew, fix, patch, adjust anything. Worth the trip to this lady...and she is Uber friendly.

I had a small sewing project (just a watch strap) and I came in here to buy a thread and needle and instead they were able to do the whole watch strap for a very fair price.
