This review is for surfInternet customer service experience that I had today. The customer service representative name \Mark\ was extremely helpful and I really appreciate how much he tried to find a solution to my sudden modem malfunction problem (started happening today). I am working from home due to covid and having internet connection is absolutely a must for my daily work. Mark escalated this situation to his manager several times to make sure I can get back Internet connection asap. Really appreciate how much effort he put down to serve the customer. Thanks

Using them for years in North Vancouver. Very happy with the value but be prepared for very little customer service for the price. Once it is setup properly, no customer service needed.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Surf Internet. I wanted to go with a start up because I was tired of being overcharged by the big cable providers, and to support small business. I was reluctant at first because of how other start ups operate, but my mind was put to ease with Surf. The customer service is stellar, and the service was great over the 3 years I was subscribed to them. When I moved, they were fast to accommodate me when I forgot to call them beforehand. I recommend this company often.
