Please don't trust or believe any of the 5 Stars rating. I don't know why other review can comment hes friendly... maybe friends helping him to put some positive review? I was there last weekend , I walked into the shop and looking around. The owner pretty much ignored me but I ask him politely if he can help me identify my jade. He stared at me for at least 5 minutes without saying a word. I was confused if he doesn't understand Chinese or English... and I didn't know what to say... After 10 seconds later he yelled at me "Look at the wall with all the certificate" and with a very rude attitude he told me he spent 10 thousands of dollars for each of the certificate and scolded me that do I think he will help me look at my jade for free. I was shocked. I wasn't asking for free service. If there a fees for looking at my jade then he can just tell me, but with this attitude I will never go there. He show absolutely no respects to customers....

Very knowledgeable and friendly. They are certified gemologists that know their stones. Don’t believe the negative reviews. Go in and experience it for yourself. Be honest with what grade of jade or stone you’re looking for and they will present the appropriate ones suited to your request and budgets. My go to especially for wedding gifts.
I want to rate this store ZERO! Worst customer service by the male sales clerk. He was rude and offensive by emphasizing the jewelry that I was wearing is cheap and low quality in comparison to all the gemstones and crystals they sell. That's not how you would talk to a customer to showcase how great your products are. He came across as very arrogant and was impatient with showing me what I wanted to see and spoke to me in a demeaning way as if I'm not a worthwhile customer that would make a big purchase. I will never give them business or recommend anyone going to this store.
Genuine crystals and very nice couple who own the store. Very helpful in selecting the right Crystal. Love my black tourmaline bracelet, very healing.
Kind and honest store owners, good prices, good selection, good store. Some negative reviews on here are from some high maintenance customers with pretty entitled attitudes. As long as you enter the store with a respect for another person's place of business you'll find that this is a great shop
I had gone to this place a few months ago. The lady was nice and had picked a few crystals. Had gone back again this evening intending to pick up few more crystals. When we reached the counter to pay, I asked this man who was at the counter to show me a crystal that was in the glass cabinet. He bluntly said that it was closing time and thy were closing at 6pm. It was 540 pm that time. I told him that we had come to buy and he just nodded his head and said he would not show anymore. Such an attitude and u are running a shop and this is the service you give. This is not China..this is Canada and you have no right to treat anyone like this Am never going back there

Can I rate it ZERO? Absolutely nice sales clerk (lady) and absolutely rude manager (lady). Not only they lied about their product, but then refused to take back a defective item. No sales laws knowledge whatsoever. Only accepted the item back when I said that I would go with my credit company and do a chargeback. The manager, even though they were wrong, constantly repeated "Never come here again". Sure! Make sure to ask them of their policies and bring in a magnifying glass.
