Before I purchased Sony products from other retailers like Broadway Camera or Best Buy but in the middle of 2013 I purchased my first Sony product at the Sony Store which was a Sony Xperia Tablet Z and the people were friendly and were willing to help. That experience prompted me to come back and late of November 2013 I ordered a PlayStation 4 at the store so that I can get one as soon as the store restocks their inventory (that was when the PS4 was released to the public and quickly sold out) and again the people were friendly and helped us place an order on the popular console. Expect me to come back for any other Sony purchases.

horrible costumer service, they even tried to deny me of something sony care covers. And for laptop buyers be very careful of this place. My new laptop had an old hard drive in it.
