I had a poor experience with their misleading Groupon deal, which was obviously them trying to lure people into the door. The facility was disgusting, I saw people being very unhygienic. Then I hear that they had a similar complaint from a woman and then they released her personal information? I'd avoid business with these guys. Seems kinda slimey.

I have purchased a glasses (frame and lens) on Black Friday , it was 50% off sale . The titanium glass frame they showed me, the brand was Luozuo , I asked them ,is this a Chinese brand ? They told me it's a European brand ... Welll...after all I knew that i got scammed. Please notice that I paid 400 for Chinese Brand, China made low quality stuff... You could get a famous brand elsewhere with this price I have paid. Scammer.. I have reported this issue to BBB Canada , because they are cheating the customers.

I lost one of the nose pad on my glasses today. The glasses was bought in Asia so the parts are different to ones sold here. I went to so many stores-in Richmond Centre, Aberdeen Centre- and none of them have it. I went to this one and the optician there immediately was able the give me ones that was a little different but fits even better. They're pretty awesome. Thx!
