Just walked in to this nail salon randomly to treat myself to a mani and pedi. The place was clean and great service! I feel like a million dollar lol. I haven’t had a mani or pedi since the pandemic. I will definitely return!

They obviously use low quality products because whenever i did get my nails done there they would chip right away. When i have gone back to get it fixed they never apologize and charge me to fix it. This has happened twice already. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are consistently bad. I also noticed when i would be there, how many people were coming in complaining about the work and were there to get their nails fixed. Horrible quality nails and service. Dont go, save your money.
We have been supporting this business for a long time, 3 plus years. We’ve always been pretty happy with the job they’ve done, especially for the price! They always seem to have room too! Lately we have been noticing a lot more just talking in their language- which takes away from the relaxing experience/ makes you feel like they’re talking about you. We had come in on a Friday night at 5 and they were closing 2 hours later.. we got pedicures done and one gel polish manicure... the pedicures were alright and pretty normal, but they started the manicure closer to close, there was still an hour before they actually closed but they seemed to rush the manicure- didn’t give a nice arm massage, and only did the middle of the nails- we can provide a picture to anyone who asks! So all the sides are not painted. They all seemed to pack up with 45 minutes left on the stated opening hours and sort of rushed us out. We don’t think we will be supporting this business anymore because it’s not what we want to pay for !
2 stars bec of the nail tech who did my nails today. i previously had my gel polish that I just removed so my nails were not even. I am expecting that the nail tech know what to do with it before applying the nail polish i chose. My issue is this lady is in a rush to do my nail as there is a regular customer who is waiting for her. I came in at 1:00 done by 1:10!!! I was with my friend that time and she is having her nails done too. When i saw my nails, there were bumps. I asked the lady to re-do it as I did not like it. The lady re did it but I finish first before my friend! My nails were okay but I know I will not come back.
