Great service to have for anybody visiting Vancouver. Amazing product that allowed me to use my cell phone without having to worry about staying below a certain amount of data that one would purchase in an international plan from the cell service provider. Very reliable product and friendly customer service. Absolutely would recommend to everybody looking for a cheaper alternative to using your smartphone without paying high international plan fees.

I recently had some family come in from LA for my wedding. They weren't really prepared for the excessive roaming costs their provider was charging them and asked my then-fiance-now-husband and I if we had any solutions for them. We quickly did a little search online, when we came across the SimpleFi site. It was well stream lined, straight forward, and easy to use. We decided to contact them and we're so glad we did! We sent a message through the website and I was quickly put through to Johnny. Johnny was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had. We let him know that we wanted to proceed, but would need the device on short notice. To our excitement, they had a pocket wifi available for us!!!!! Because we were getting married that week, our schedule was sporadic. He was willing to work with our needs, and arranged for an associate to come and meet with us at the hotel we were staying at downtown on the following day. The associate was on time, extremely friendly and took the time to show us how to use the pocket wifi. We absolutely LOVED her and my in-laws really appreciated her thorough explanations. They found it really easy to use and ended up connecting 4 devices to the pocket wifi. Still worked perfectly!! If you're debating between roaming package or a wifi rental, don't think twice and go with the rental. These guys are ridiculously great at what they do and I'd highly recommend them in a heartbeat. Johnny made sure we were happy with the rental and we couldn't be more grateful for his professionalism and willingness to accommodate our needs. The process was so much easier than we anticipated, the service was top notch and the device was so easy to use. I would definitely book with them again.
