The course was in great shape with supper fast greens. I mean crazy fast which you have to live right lol. The track and trees turning this time of year. Breathless. Play was fast staff was spot on thanks again.

A very nice clubhouse with beautiful views of the golf course and lakes. I was there for a friend's birthday party. First time there. Nice staff.
COVID has staffing to a minimum which is understandable. Pro shop was closed. All transactions through bartender. She was attentive and willing to help, but had to walk her through the process. Found two dirty carts (thankfully). They were out and there was many groups waiting for some to be returned. No cart barn attendants to be found. Had to find range buckets in the shed. Range balls were muddy. That said, the course is still great. Haven't been there in 5 years, and it played just as well as always. Will return again and again, but probably on a deal and during the week when it's not as crowded. Worth the drive.
I’m surprised none of the reviews mentioned trees that were badly in need of a trim when I played Shirkey in ‘18. I hope this issue has been corrected. I’ve never played a course where branches overhanging the tee area interfered with a straight drive, which was the case on at least 4 holes. Other than that major flaw, the course was very nice.
This is a fantastic golf course. Excellent condition. A lot of trees have been removed around the water and it's now beautiful
