Horrid customer service experience. I went in with a possible defective internet modem. A service agent named Nick was at the door. It is not much of what he said but how he said it that I am giving this poor review on the store. Nick along with the store manager have total lack of empathy for Shaw’s customers. Doing the basics and avoiding the hassles are how I feel the the team at Shaw Richmond location is treating its customers. I just hope perhaps with latest Rogers acquisition of Shaw, Shaw’s customer service will improve.

I was at Shaw store in Richmond Centre during the pandemic and was a weekday as I was in the neighborhood. Wait for a customer service agent was about 10-15 minutes. They have circles on the ground for physical distancing; however, I don’t see any hand sanitizers available. I would have given them another star for hand sanitizer. Anyway, the service was good and the agent was able to assist me with what I wanted. There were 3 staff helping 3 other customers so I had to wait. Another staff was by the entrance to the store greeting customers.

If not of the pandemic, should have been 5 stars. Now there's no seat for a rest. My wife has difficulty standing, but the sitting area is closed. With enough physical distancing, I don't think such strict measure is necessary

We went in one day and were helped fine by a nice man but weren’t able to complete what we needed. The next day we went in and a lady at the front said only one person could come in (my husband and I were both needing Shaw Mobile) and when we explained we were both in yesterday she didn’t care and there was hardly anyone in the store. I’m fine with COVID protocols but at least be consistent. Anyway, I went in and they couldn’t help me with what I needed. I called earlier on the phone and they said they could help me, then I came in and they could not. MUST have credit check to get a plan and there are no prepaid plans. Waste of a trip! Went to Virgin Mobile instead! Great service there.

Went here Dec. 4th, to sign up for Shaw Mobile. Staff were friendly and efficient. With the pandemic, they only allow 3 customers in at a time, but at 4 pm on a Friday, it was quiet - lucky me!
