I was pleased to be informed that I was able to have my vehicle serviced closer to my home when I booked a service. I had bought my car at a different branch of the same dealership some 30 miles away. Covid regulations are becoming the norm now, so it was straightforward dropping my car off for a service. I enquired as to a time that the service would be completed. The estimate was very accurate, as such I didn't have long to wait when I returned early to pick up my car. The car had also been washed and hoovered, which was very pleasing. All in all an easy experience. I have a service plan with SG Petch so there was no bill to be paid. Good job, thank you. It may prove prudent to discuss warranty issues associated with servicing.

have not bought a car from byron and the gang yet ,but would have no problem if i wanted one ,they always make you very welcome and nothing is a bother , the only reason we have,nt bought a car is we like jeeps but would have no problem buying one from s g petch richmond

Yes Subarus Harrogate great vehicle. No question about it the Boxer engine is bomb proof and very reliable. I strongly recommend them pictures of a great company I have dealt with him many times over the years.

I would like to share a great experience I recently had dealing with Dave McLean - Aftersales Manager and also Ray in the service department. I wanted to find out some history on a vehicle I was purchasing elsewhere and both Dave and Ray went out of their way to help me.
