Sage is a scam. Once you subscribe there is no way out. You have to cancel your credit card. i do not recommend this product to anyone. Do not waste your money. Very poor service. Once you subscribe no one bother to respond your call.

I've been using Sage products since 2004, and until the last few years, they were great. Unfortunately, over this past year in particular, I have issued several trouble tickets that have never been resolved, tried to pay repeatedly for the service which is supposed to be charged monthly automatically but wasn't, was blocked from using my account repeatedly for on-payment\ when they couldn't find the time to call me to get my payment - I followed up on multiple occasions to resolve this issue but couldn't seem to ever get anyone to handle it. Suddenly, they took backdated payments for several months all at once with no warning. I'm done. As a business owner who regularly finds solutions for other businesses, I cannot possibly recommend Sage to anyone. Save yourself the stress and hassle, and steer clear of Sage products.

Worse service ever I got from a company. I have a contract with them since three years to be renewed every every year. This year after renew the service and got the money, they suspended the account after two months asking to pay 350 more in order to switch from automatic to manually. Kept asking the CS representative to do it as I need urgent cause I have to catch my airplane, then I’ll discuss this matter later but they are not helpful at all. Not recommended to deal with such customer service

Customer service aside, the software is not good at all. They rely on businesses that have continued to put up with their outdated software due to fear & cost of upgrading to something better. The only good reviews here seem to be from people working for the company?
