....and my wife said it would be a fad, maybe a couple months and it would be taking up some valuable real estate in the garage. Well it has been close to a year now, have racked up more than 4000KM, and have not gone a week without using it multiple times. After a couple months, she noticed how much I was enjoying it, and thought she might want one too, I said, "sorry it's too late" (I had already ordered her one). We have been to Victoria, Whistler, Kettle Valley trail, and many other local areas and we absolutely love them. I have also put my name on a wait list for a new model, so I think I qualify as a loyal customer, and really felt like giving something back to Rize for all the fun times they have allowed me (and my wife) to have. Thank you guys!

I love my RX Pro, I have over 2000km on the bike in 6 months and no problem up to now. it is doing great in mountains trails and I also enjoying it a lot in winter. For the price you cannot get better in Canada. Recently RIZE sent me a free set of break pad to replace a bad batch and they are always there to help,and answer my questions or concern. So great service, great bikes, great price and a great Canadian company.
My wife and I purchased a Bolt X and a Mini in January but we had to wait until March to ride. We live in a small town in Ontario, a small town with hills and lots of wind. In the past our rides were limited by the terrain and wind. My wife was a little concerned about having a bike with a motor, a concern that was soon forgotten on the first hill, now she loves it! Our dealings with Rize have been more than satisfactory. If I have a question they answer within the day. I had ordered horns with our bikes and one would not take a charge. I asked if they had any suggestions and the immediate response was not too worry “we will have another in the mail” and we rec’d it within a week. Any query I have had has been dealt with in a very professional manner. We have purchased a carrier for our SUV and are looking forward to a fun summer of riding.
Went to test ride some EBikes . Arrived on time and was clearly expected. I was assisted by Charlie who was knowledgeable and helpful while maintaining the required physical distancing. Luckily it was a beautiful afternoon so it was easy to step outside. Rode the Leisure and Bolt X, the two bikes I had asked to trial, and also the Rize Mini which Charlie also suggested that I consider. I loved all three. I had gone expecting to buy the Leisure but I ended up with the Mini. As this is a review on the service I won't go into the reasons for my selection or how much I like the bike. The service was great.
Received my Rize RX in January. Came well boxed. Easy to set up the few things. No problems except it was cold out! Took me about 1/2 hr before I zipped up the street. Wow. I am getting comments on it from the neighbours. Found the company to be responsive to questions, good communications and ordered a bike lock and extra mirror at the same time. Will be using it to go to my office in April!
Great bike. Rides smooth and is lots of fun. Would have rated 5 stars, but they forgot to pack a few screws necessary for installing the the rear rack and front mud guard. Customer service really make up for. Nice and easy to talk to. Thanks again to Daniel for helping explain my new bike to me.
Absolutely adore my Leisure! It's durable, reliable, powerful, and fun! It has been through everything from well paved roads to rocky, root covered dirt paths, and it has never failed once. Their customer service is excellent too! Fast and efficient, they answer my questions promptly with expertise and will have any issues resolved with a happy outcome. I wouldn’t trust any other bike after the quality I've seen from Rize. I'm looking forward to my next ride and my next bike.
Recently got to try out the Rize Blaze.. I was thrilled by the power the bike delivers. Lots of torque to get you going quick! The build is super high quality as well. Overall the feel was great, comfortable ride with a little edge to it. Exciting and comfortable at the same time, great balance! For those considering I would highly recommend giving it a try as well!
