This alignment shop has been around for over Thirty years. I choose not to reply to their poor reviews because, I'm sorry Mr Fan that it took longer then expected for your alignment. Your right, it does't take two hours, it takes 45 minutes to an hour. Sorry for your inconvenience, you had a bad day, some times others have the same. Looks like the end result was you car was fixed. Mr Coulombe, your allegations are untrue, actually a joke. I never damaged your car, never received emails or phone calls. I'm sure that you would have contacted your insurance, who would then contact me. Customers, I do recommend checking business' references and getting quotes. Also I strongly recommend verifying licensed technicians, or registered apprentices are working on your vehicle. If the shop has no licensed technicians, there insurance is void. Thank you

Worst customer service ever! Couldn't finished a simple alignment on a Yaris in 2 hrs and forgot to center the steering, had to bring it back again to have it centered and the owner - Mike has the worst attitude in the industry.
