I went to Raintree Spa for the first time for a facial today and it was lovely. The service was professional yet warm and the spa was clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

I have been going here for 3 years now. While I do not have the luxury to splurge on spa treatments but when I do get the chance to treat myself, Raintree tops my list. The place seems a bit small but that's exactly what I love about it. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city.While small, Covid-19 protocols are in place - plexi glass at reception, masks for all staff, everything is cleaned and sanitized after each use. I personally cleaned the locker with a disinfecting wipe before and after my use. I also chose to wear a mask throughout my treatment. I believe, as a guest, I also had to do my part. If you come across negative feedback from several years ago about this place, it may have been from the previous management. I believe this was acquired by the current owner, Lisa, in 2015 or so. She's doing an excellent job running the place.
Came here on a Thursday afternoon. The place was near empty - peaceful. The facial was so lovely. I originally booked a different facial beforehand. However, Jacqueline took a look at my skin, and recommended something more suitable for me - without up-selling or pushing. I'm glad I took her suggestion as it has been a few months since I have felt this relaxed. The prices are at par with industry standards and the studio is very clean and modern. Smells lovely and you're greeted with tea and a hot shoulder wrap - this is good customer service. Thanks ladies!

If you're looking for a clean, relaxing spa in Richmond; this is the place to go. Nekane was awesome! Went in with sore muscles; came out so relaxed. Definitely going back!
