Vince is amazing! He is honest and trustworthy! Great prices too! You know that you are not getting ripped off while you are there, he will take the time to explain to you what is happening how he can fix it and how much it would cost very clearly! Great service and personality! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Vince is limited to what he can offer due to it’s only himself with a small shop. Lacks equipment. If it’s something that is within his specialty it’s great but be prepared there are limitations of what can be fixed with a reasonable price. His prices are reasonable but not the best in Richmond. Shop around if you need bigger complicated jobs. Don’t expect 5 star details. He will wash your car if he has time too. He will fix what you tell him but don’t expect that he will find other existing problems that you don’t tell him about. Vince is good but not the best. What you get is good but not be the best. If you want the best, their are still other places in Richmond. Good at educating what he knows but he still lacks equipment to perform particular jobs vs a bigger shop.
Knowledgeable, fair price, and the most honest and helpful auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Has been taken care of all of our family cars in the last 15 years.
