Worst experience ever!!! First got me into a contract without our knowledge. Agent at Costco says there is no annual contract, try it out for a few months and if you don't like it, you can cancel immediately! After a month of using it, I realized the internet is super spotty and never has consistent speed. I decided to cancel and switch providers but when I called I was told that I am on a annual contract and there are cancellation fees. So I decided to give it another shot and increased my internet speed. Then there was some issue with router so called technical support and they send new router. We were asked to return the old router, which we did. But one day I see 160 charged on my account by primus. I call to inquire and I am told that it was a mistake and that they would revert the charge. 1 month later still no refund. So I called and then they tell me, "oh, we don't do refund, we put credit back into your account". Is this fair? They charge accidentally and then say we will credit your account. Is primus going to pay my credit card? My value of money is affected here, maybe not a large amount, but i had budgeted my internet fee and it affects my budget. Tomorrow they will charge 500 and say oh we will credit your account. I am the one stuck with paying my credit card bills immediately. Another issue: When I called recently, I was about to cancel my account, but they offered me a higher speed internet at reduced cost and asked to stay. I thought of giving it a try (this was when i called for refund intially). Then when I recalled regarding no refund being received, i was told my contract just renewed when I accepted their higher speed internet offer which I had no KNOWLEDGE about. This company is ridiculous! I am going to look at alternatives and leave this ASAP! It almost feels like I got scammed multiple times. Stay away from this service provider!
