Amazing experience at Plush Richmond with Frank assisting us. We moved 5 ottomans of various sizes around the store to get the perfect match. He is a lovely person and really knows his stuff. Great experience couldn’t recommend him highly enough. (Also glad Plush now have our preferred leather options in the range now we won’t go anywhere else!). Chris

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Received great service from the salesperson plush but I didn’t buy anything from them. This due to the lack of choice when it came to fabrics. I believe plush should Remove sofa specialist from the advertising. I was unable to purchase a Black fabric sofa. All they seamed to have is grey grey grey and a blue. Yes you read correctly black fabric was no option. I was offered a dark grey with a white fleck called onyx which when made up I was told would be lighter than the swatch so not sure how it can be called onyx, I am so disappointed I was drawn to plush because the site said sofa specialist, this is false advertising. Get some more colour options so you can back up what you claim. Apologies to the salesperson who assisted me.
Our sales assistant Ethan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with various modular configurations and fabric swatch options when choosing our couch. In particular, he helped us understand the different wearing conditions of polyester and cotton fabrics; making our final decision an easy one. Good team leading to exceptional customer service. I showed a photo of where the couch was going to be and Ethan helped us pick the right colour tone. Frank the manager was very helpful with technicalities too and the best was when he watched over our little one while we were dicussing very important matters like leather quality! And to top this up, they gave us a good price.
Very happy with the service I received from the team at Plush Richmond. In particular, Frank made Matt, myself and our dog, George, feel very welcomed, whilst trying to find our dream couch. The staff member, Tim, was very bubbly and professional whilst helping me finalise my payments and organise the ordering for our couch. We had the most wonderful experience with Emma a few months ago. She was very knowledgable and friendly showing us many options and explaining everything to us. She tried very hard to find the perfect colors and set up to suit our needs and was very patient while we flipped between decisions. She made the purchasing process so easy and even offered advice on great places to refuel afterwards. 5 stars for this wonderful young lady
