I called to see if I could get an appointment soon for my child. After the lady was trying to get all this information, I just asked if she could tell me when an appointment was going to be available before we went through all this including her insurance info, because that’s all unnecessary if they can’t see her for weeks. I told the lady that the appointment wouldn’t work and I would need to call somewhere else, she hung up. Very rude, will not go there.

Dr. Villalona was and is a God send to my family. He quickly diagnosed my son's Crohn's after many other doctors dismissed my concerns. He has been wonderful with my son and he has been a patient for almost 9 years. I wouldn't take my son to anyone else.

Worst doctors office we have ever dealt with!!! Very first day we waited 2 hours to see the doctor! When you have a question or need an urgent matter dealt with, good luck getting someone by phone. They never answer and they call you back several days later. The doctor will not call you back unless you request it and even then it takes 3-5 days. What's the point by that time? They placed a formula order via insurance which was approved and ordered. Several days later we request our kids records and they cancel the formula order without letting us know. The manager could care less about any of the issues we had. Worst customer service, horrible ethics, and rude staff. I would NOT recommend this doctor! We will be driving to Charlottesville to see someone who actually cares about his patients!

If wish I could give negative 5 stars on dr villalona and his business. I would highly recommend that NO ONE take their child to see him. We seen dr. Villalona twice because our son was having trouble with acid reflux he had to do a stool sample on our son the first time and instead of using a swab he used his finger which we were not happy with but let it go. The next time we went three weeks later for his checkup he wanted to do another stool sample and this time we told him that we didn't think it was necessary and if it was if we could do it a different way. He said no so we told him not to do it after that his attitude changed like he was offended and said there was nothing he could do for us. I felt that he is very unprofessional and rude and got mad instead of trying to explain why it need to be done. If your looking for a gi I would strongly suggest skipping on going to this one.
