Osama was instrumental with many of our decisions, providing valuable recommendations. He displayed a true desire to meet and exceed our expectations. Mark who completed the transformation was amazing in all aspects. He was professional, accommodating, and neat with always cleaning up at the end of the day. Most importantly he came with the skill that was number one on our list and that was attention to detail. I am very happy with the vanity - it looks fantastic and is a solid, quality product.! I also really like that the tap, drawer hardware, and mirror were all included. We had the vanity installed and the service was fast, and professional. I highly recommend Orca to anyone doing a bathroom reno.
Dealing with Osama at Orca has been a treat. Our order took three months due to Covid but his replies to all inquiries were almost instantaneous. His product is awesome, the delivery process to the Island was great and his pricing is excellent. Highly recommend.
