Excellent service. Was looking for a new desktop computer. Sales person, Tony, went thru a myriad of options and did his best to piece together a rig that optimized performance for the fewest dollars. They also asked a bunch of questions to ensure that I ended up with a computer that met all my needs now and into the future. Knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs computer. A couple days later, one of the components went on sale - they quickly refunded the difference - this place has sales all the time so I guess that happens a lot!

Outstanding service! I always go to NCIX for my computer needs. Prices are great. Marcos at the Landsdowne location is my go to guy! His service is impeccable. He listens to my needs and then provides me with product options with easy to understand explanations of why the products would work for me. The products are usually in stock, and if they aren't the turnaround time is really quick if the warehouse has it. I highly recommend them!
I've been shopping here (or at least the Aberdeen location before they moved here) and they have always been really helpful and understanding. I usually know what I am buying so I don't need a lot of their product knowledge but I also realize that because of that I also have very demanding and exact requirements which they have never failed to meet. Therefore I feel like this is an excellent place to shop for your computing needs (especially if you're a hobbyist).

Marvin and Sean gave me great advice on power supplies. Great customer service! On another occasion, Hugo helped me pick out my system parts and got me everything I needed. The staff made it sooo easy to build my PC and it runs fantastic. Thomas was very knowledgeable about Audio systems which i found very helpful. :) Fantastic service!
Amazing knowledge and customer service. Suggested upgrades to save money and increase my capacity and speed which saved me money. Don't go to a big box store. Go see these guys and get the best!
Great place to get computer components. Never had any problems with their customer service. One tip, definitely use their love inventory system to see if your product is in stock, if not in store but at warehouse, ask them to send it to the store to hold for you. They are really happy to help. A note to NCIX if you guys are reading this, please take a look at potentially adding price protection policies to your system. It seems silly that you can't refund the difference in cost even when it's your store that lowered it. Sometimes eager customers like me can't wait to use their new product and would not wait a month to ensure that we had the lowest offered price before opening the box.
Of all the electronics stores I've been to (e.g. Best Buy, Memory Express), NCIX has proved to be my favorite. They typically have good prices and great customer service. Last time I came, I was looking for a portable speaker. Marvin, one of the workers there, showed me the perfect speaker that fit both my needs and budget within minutes. 10/10 would recommend both this store and Marvin
