I had a really great experience at this Mini Cooper with Debbie. Debbie was friendly, patiently answered many questions for us, and had wonderful customer service throughout. My partner and I test drove the 5 door and 5 door S and we had so much fun with this vehicle. I have always been curious about mini: loved their design, fun colours, and customization options. If you're wanting to find out more about mini, I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

I have only great things to say about my experience buying a car at Mini Richmond. Leslie and Katie have been incredibly helpful and accommodating with finding the perfect car for me. This has been most definitely the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. Looking forward to visiting these fine folks again when the next generation 3-door comes out. From buying my car a few years ago to going in for service, MINI Richmond has treated me right. The new location is huge! Haven't had a chance to check the place out but mini service has been great as always! Love the big space...especially with covid protocols!!
Excellent buying experience and professional courteous service with no pressure sales. Very transparent sales negotiations made for a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. The entire process to delivery only took two days! Got this 2020 Mini Cooper for my son. Leslie our salesman was excellent. He even put air in my wife's Audi because it was low on air :-)

My wife and I were looking to get a used Mini and we looked around for different options and dealerships, including Mini Vancouver and some independent dealerships. We visited Mini Richmond at first but decided the vehicles we checked out were not for us. However, during the first visit, Leslie and the staff were very informative, accommodating, and friendly, and did not pressure us in any way even though we decided not to purchase at that time. It took us a while to find the right vehicle, but in the end, we returned to Mini Richmond for a vehicle that fit all of our requirements, and once again Leslie helped us through the process and we finally made a purchase we were satisfied with. I wanted to note that the service from the staff, especially Leslie, was extraordinary and above and beyond not just my expectations but also that of other dealerships. Even before going in, Leslie was very responsive to my inquiries via text and email. Once at the office, we felt important and taken care of at all time. We were able to negotiate a price we were happy with, and Leslie went out of his way despite initially not being available due to this schedule to fit the day we wanted our vehicle picked up/delivered. The vehicle was in fantastic shape and Leslie gave us an extensive walkthrough of its functions. Being inexperienced and generally slow going through the paperwork, we took up a lot of their time but not once did the staff get rude or impatient with us. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a Mini, and if I ever need another one I'm coming back here for sure.
We first visited this place because friends of ours bought here. They recommended Katie. Katie helped us briefly 2 years ago. We ended up not buying but left with a very good impression of Katie. Fast forward we contacted Katie again and it felt like old friends. She was prompt, professional and transparent. She gave us confidence that we were making a good purchase. We did a lot of homework and had monitored the kind of car we were looking for and how it should be priced. Although we bought a used car Katie and the team at Mini Richmond made us feel like it was brand new. From detailing the car to the unveiling to showing us key features of the car. Highly recommend Katie and Mini Richmond.
I purchased a 2 year old countryman from Debbie less than a week ago. After I went home and sign in to the system, I’ve noticed -1, engin oil, 2. vehicle check 3. Brake fluid are all due to service for over six months. I called the sales person, no apologies and told me that it probably just needs a reset. I booked an appointment, went back for service, waited there for more than two hours. Kevin at service department took care of it and ordered a small part for the broken door frame for me. ( yes, something broke already, thank god it’s still under warranty) Two days later when I book the time to go pick up the part, they told me that I have to leave my care there for a whole day to update the program. I asked the sales person if all these things should have been taking care of before they handed the car to me since it’s still under the warranty anyway ———-she said “ when we did walk around together, should there be damage and safety concerns, we would go through those together.” I guess that means it’s none of her business that I have to go back twice for the service right after I picked up the car. I thought it would be safer and hassle free to buy a used car from a dealership before dealing with them but I was wrong. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Service only exists before you hand them the check, lesson learned.
