The most WORSE and RUDE sales ladies EVER!!! Don’t even try going there. Waste of time. These 2 Chinese ladies shouldn’t be working there. The moment you go inside the store they will just ignore you as if they didn’t see you, when you ask question, they answer in a rude manner. I give Michael Kors Richmond Center a very poor rating of NEGATIVE... not EVEN ONE STAR... and wont even recommends it to my friends and colleagues. WORSE.... oh by the way.. if a chinese Customer comes inside, they will treat them like QUEEN!!! (These 1star doesn’t deserve this store)

I went to buy a bag today. But the customer service was so bad that I end up leaving the store because they are extremely rude. I was looking for something and when I asked the asian lady there and she was like,” what do you want?” with such an attitude that I just hate. Worst experience ever.

the shop staff are all unhelpful and Chinese struggling with broken English, what's more they scam customer by overcharging CND20.00 on top of the pricetag. I went back to ask for refund they refused. When I point out this ia scam a Chinese woman manager even lauged and agreed what I accused of them being scamming!!! This fashion brand should work on their credibilities before they brand on their image!

Waited for someone to help me find a shoe size for about 15-20 min. Noticed all 3 employees were helping 2 customers but it seemed important so waited a bit longer with 3 pairs in my hand. No other customers were there except us and the customers they were helping. Even after 1 customer was done nobody came by to help. At no point did someone acknowledge us. We left and went to Browns next door and came out with a purchase 10 min later. I love Michael Kors and own several bags, shoes and clothing. I was looking for wedding shoes because it would look perfect with my dress. I will not go back to this location.

I bought a gold handbag two days ago and the staff gave me a brown one. I swore to god that she confirmed it was gold. I called next day asking if they could send the correct color to any subway station along Canada line so I only had to spend one hour travel time instead of two. The manager said she would consider it and then got back to me, and would put a hold on it until the end of the year. Next day, manager Christine said it was me who wanted a brown one (I swore to god that I never and I can show all my chat history with my uncle that we never wanted a brown one), and she would put a hold it for only one week. And won't deliver it (most importantly, without giving any reason) First, I had no fault in the deal (they gave me the wrong product and asked me to take all the consequence- two-hour travel time). Second, they are NOT responsible. They gave me a wrong product and claimed it's my fault (me asking for the wrong color one). Third, Manager Christine hung up my call when I tried to negotiate and then told other staff it's me who didn't speak with her. It's so bad. Why cannot they be as nice and responsible as London Drug? Because they are more expensive? The fact when they made a mistake, they don't take the responsibility but claimed it's me asking for the brown color when it's not is just so bad. If you're really honest, can the staff who gave me the wrong color ever swear to god that I asked for a brown one? After we talked about the gold one for such a long time.

I requested a refund for a sale item that did not have a tag in the bag when I purchased it. After speaking to a sales rep she brought out the manager on duty. She was quite rude and condescending, rolling her eyes at one point, accusing me of losing the tag when I told her the sales rep did not include one when I purchased it. The manager left to "check with head office" and told me it would take a day, I said no problem, I could wait. A couple minutes later, a completely different rep named Wing returned to provide the refund as an exception. Even though the manager was rude, I wanted to thank her for contacting head office for the refund but she didn't even come back out to speak to me. So I asked Wing what her name was and was told it's company policy to not give the Manager's name. Then I asked a different sales rep Andrea, and she too refused to give me the Manager's name saying it was company policy. I said I'll wait for the manager to come out but she never did, I was told she's still on the phone... It was my first time making a purchase at this store and I felt ignored, put down and blamed for something that was not my fault. Blaming me for not having the tag when it was their staff who misplaced it is not a customer's fault. Terrible service and rude. I will never return to this store. Looking at other reviews, seems to be a common theme of bad service here. I even went to other stores in the mall to ask if retail stores have such a policy about not giving a manager's name and they all said no and thought it was strange.
