I feel this is the last big name computer store around lower mainland, their stock and selection is not as previous years. The price is OK but they willing to do the price match. If you are not hurry you can find better price online with free shipping. Of course you can price match again. I hope they are last longer to stay in business.

Recently built a PC and bought all of the parts from Memory Express. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They were helpful in finding the best components, and ultimately got us what we needed for our build. Also good selection of equipment for sale, central location with lots of parking. I would recommend memory express.
I found what needed on their website, placed the order and they called a couple of hours later to tell me the order was ready for pickup. I was in and out with my order in 10 minutes. Staff was very good. Explained warranty and return policy clearly. I feel good about supporting a local brick and mortar store.. Same price and faster than ordering from Amazon! 5 stars for sure.
Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They are also knowledgeable and can always recommend based on your needs. Pricing for items is ranged to fit budgets, plus there are frequent sales to take advantage of.
Manager Lucky has always been a person I can get informed and friendly computwe advice from. Never had a bad experience with staff or policies. Their price matching/beating is fantastic. See an item you want on Amazon.ca and if they have one they will beat the advertised price. I just save 25 On a mouse so worth checking them out.
My experience with Memory Express has been amazing. Their staff is top notch, and they were patient and willing to help me every step of the way. Well run company from top to bottom. Will definitely be going here for my computer needs.
Excellent store. A proper and worth inheritor of the huge number of customers that were displaced by NCIX’s closure. I procure computer gear for our company through this store and have found the staff to be incredibly helpful and responsive. Well laid out store, excellent prices and a robust inventory. Definitely recommend!
Saw a price online and by the time I arrived in store, it had changed. Luckily I took a screenshot of the sale and they had honored the recent price change. Speedy and friendly service.
