A hidden little gem tucked away in the industrial area of Richmond. You grab a order sheet, seat yourself, then bring your order up to the counter when you decided on what you want. They'll bring you the food when it is ready. It took about 1/2 hour to get our food but they say everything is made to order, not prepare a head of time and just reheated. Definitely worth the wait. I was there when they first open on a Sat when most of the businesses were closed and within 10 min, the restaurant was pretty much full. All the food was great, very fresh and flavorful. Now that I found it, I'll go back often. Highly recommended, probably one of the best dumpling places in the lower mainland

Didn't realize this place ever existed until today. Located in somewhat of an industrial area, but don't be fooled. The dumplings were all on point. We ordered hot and sour soup (all time favorite) and it was just perfect. Had also deep fried dumplings, XLB, pork and chive dumplings and their famous fried buns. All were fantastic! Definitely worth it coming. Not too expensive in my opinion. Our bill came out to be roughly 42 after tax and tip! Highly recommend!

The dumplings were delicious, however the green onion pancakes were terrible. Barely any green Onions and it was doughy. I prefer them when they're flaky and light.

Food tasted really good, Shanghai style fast and simple food. highly recommend. Super busy at lunch time. Seems everything you have to get by yourself, water, dish, spoons, chopsticks, bowls. customer order by yourself and pay at the cashier, then they will delivery to your table. obviously lack of waiters. Limited parking by the way.

Excellent Shanghainese fair in South Richmond office/industrial areas off Steveston. Love all the vegetarian options especially scallion noodles, so good. Pro tip - they do not have tip options on their card machine, bring cash or ask cashier to add to total.
