Maki performance training isn't a gym it's a way of life I'm glad we stumbled upon this place conveniently located in the ironwood area I'm glad I got the chance to be trained by all the best coaches around town to Literally transform my mind and body along with myself my wife and a dozen family members we get the opportunity to train/workout with motivated people who push rather then pull you back the dojo really is a family I've been going to maki for about a year and a half I highly recommend that you at least give it a chance and see what incredible things they have to offer for you results are guarantee granted you put in the work

Best gym / group / community by far! Love the 6am work outs. Every day is something different. Trainers are top notch, and the rest of the people are amazing! Made some really great friends there too which is a bonus ) My wife and I started by doing a 28day challenge a couple months before we went on vacation. We were only thinking of doing it for maybe 1-3 months but after the first month, it became so addictive that we had to sign on for the rest of the year! Waking up at 5:30am for a workout is tough, but knowing that you'll see the same group of friends gives me just enough of a push to get me out of bed! There are of course other times of the day you can go, but the 6am crew is by far the best )

The coaches are top notch and the community they have built is amazing! It doesn’t feel like an ordinary gym it’s a second home. My kids love coming to hangout and try some of the exercises at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Maki performance to my friends and family and I haven’t. I see them there a lot of the time working out beside me.

I can't say enough good things about Maki Performance Training. The workouts are challenging and varied. The coaches are supportive and are always there to ensure you are doing proper form and technique. So I always feel like I am getting better and stronger. The community that works out there is top notch. Everyone is supportive and friendly. It is so much more than a gym.

Highly recommend the dojo for beginners and intermediate types. Extremely supportive coaches, loads of classes and you will never be bored. You will be challenged and leave the class feeling accomplished. Come, try it out!

Maki Performance Training is more than just a gym. It’s a community. The group of coaches are amazing and bring their own flare to every class. The classes are challenging and fun at the same time - always something different and new to challenge you. The setup is great and can accommodate varied class sizes with ease. The members are so supportive of each other and regularly get together outside of training either at regular MPT social events or independently. The weekly schedule is varied and gives lots of options of times and type of class. Give it a try - I’ll see you there!

Maki is by far the best gym! You will definitely feel different & see real results quickly thanks to all their amazing coaches/trainers. The variety of workouts they plan out for us are fun yet intense. Every day is a completely different work-out, which is great!
